Former Waynesboro YMCA Youth Swim Coach, Emily Miller, is being charged in connection with the sexual assault of a minor.

Miller is being charged with the following:

  • Felony Corruption of Minors
  • Indecent Exposure (Misdemeanor)
  • Indecent Assault of a Person Less Than 16 Years of Age

On Aug. 28, Northern York County Regional Police Department received a ChildLine report involving a 16 year-old reporting sexual abuse.

A Forensic Review had been conducted at the Franklin County Children’s Advocacy Center on Aug. 6.

The victim explained that Miller began sexually assaulting him during the weekends of swim meets. This began around when he was 11 and ended once he was 13. He explained that all of these incidents had taken place inside hotel rooms.

He said that Miller had “Gotten Naked” in front of him and encouraged him to rub lotion on her. She had also touched his genitals and forced him to touch her inappropriately.

Miller’s Husband is also awaiting trial for similar charges.
