The borough of Waynesboro announced in a facebook post on Tuesday that This Saturday from 6 pm to 8 pm is going to be recognized as the official trick or treat night. It will be up to families to decide if they wish to participate.
Borough Manager Jason Stains States that “In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are encouraging every family to make a decision to trick-or-treat based on what is best for your family. If you choose to participate in trick-or-treat night we ask that you be safe while doing so.”
The borough also asks that those who plan on passing something out turn on their porch lights to notify trick-or-treaters that you are participating.
